02 / Ways to give
01 / Leadership Fellows
Support the Niculia “Nikki” Williams Leadership Fellows program. At least two Fellows are selected annually, each receiving a Leadership Development Award of at least $7,500 for professional and personal growth.
02 / Leadership Retreat
Support the Niculia “Nikki” Williams Leadership Fellows Retreat, an experience centered on learning, relationship-building, and the practical skills leaders need to serve well.
03 / Youth Leadership Conference
Support youth leadership development and Nikki Future Leaders Day programming, helping young people imagine more for their lives and their communities.
04 / Legacy Fund
Provide unrestricted support honoring Nikki’s legacy, directed where the need is greatest across the Foundation’s educational, leadership, and community work.

Helps fund program materials and the details that make leadership programming possible.

Supports practical needs across a day of youth or leadership programming.

Important status note
The Foundation’s 501(c)(3) application is pending. Gifts will be accepted as soon as IRS designation is approved, and donors will receive the appropriate documentation at that time.
