Nonprofit Leadership Training Center
The Niculia “Nikki” Williams Education & Equity Foundation will offer nonprofit leadership trainings designed for mid-level staff who are helping organizations grow, serve their communities, and sustain their work.
Status
Trainings are tentatively slated to begin Monday, July 31, 2028. Registration details and availability will be announced as they are finalized. Coaching is also a planned offering.

Nonprofit Leadership Certificate
The Nonprofit Leadership Certificate is a practical, skills-based professional development program designed for nonprofit professionals, emerging leaders, executives, board members, and community changemakers who want to strengthen their leadership and increase their organizational impact.
Through interactive training, real-world applications, and leadership coaching, participants develop essential skills in areas such as strategic leadership, project management, nonprofit budgeting, grants development, fundraising, negotiation, communications, partnership development, and organizational sustainability.
Rather than focusing solely on theory, the Certificate emphasizes the practical tools nonprofit leaders need to lead people, manage projects, secure resources, build strong organizations, and turn mission into measurable impact.
Participants who successfully complete the required training modules will receive a Nonprofit Leadership Certificate recognizing their commitment to professional growth and effective nonprofit leadership.
Continuing Education & Professional Development
The Nonprofit Leadership Training Center is committed to providing high-quality continuing education and professional development opportunities for nonprofit and community leaders. Certificate courses will be structured around defined learning objectives, instructional hours, practical application, and documented completion.
As the Training Center develops, the Foundation intends to pursue appropriate continuing education accreditation and professional-development provider approvals, allowing eligible courses to qualify for recognized continuing education units (CEUs), professional development credits, and credential-maintenance requirements.
Potential accreditation and professional recognition may include the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and specialized professional organizations serving nonprofit, fundraising, human resources, and related professionals.
The goal is to create a rigorous professional learning experience that not only strengthens nonprofit leadership but also provides participants with portable, recognized evidence of their continuing professional development.
